The MEP Heart Group works in collaboration with the European Heart Network (EHN) and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).

The EHN is a Brussels-based alliance of 32 heart foundations and likeminded non-governmental organisations throughout Europe, with member organisations in 25 countries.

The ESC is an international medical association representing over 63,000 cardiology professionals from Europe and the Mediterranean and encompassing 54 National Cardiac Societies, 19 Working Groups, 5 Associations, and 5 Councils.
